Columbarium and Memorial Garden
Caring for its families following the death of a loved one is an important ministry of Alamo Heights Presbyterian Church. To this end, AHPC is pleased to announce the completion of its newest space, the multi-purpose Columbarium and Memorial Garden. The space is located between the AHPC Sanctuary building and the AHPC Day School Building on Broadway.
About the Columbarium
Individual niches house the cremains of those who choose to be inurned. Their names, and birth and death dates, are engraved in beautiful, black granite. Loved ones may return time and again and sit on nearby benches within easy sight of their beloved’s resting place. In years to come, additional niches will be added as they become needed.
