At Alamo Heights Presbyterian Church, children are a treasured part of our church family. We believe faith grows best when it’s joyful, hands-on, and shared — and we’re delighted to welcome your family and extended family and friends!
🐝 BEE Adventures
Sundays at 8:45 AM · Fellowship Hall (Enter street level from corner of Corona and Broadway, see the GIANT colorful spinners) · Beginning June 7 throughout the Summer!
BEE Adventures is our Sunday morning program for families with children from the very young through elementary. The name stands for Bible Education &Exploration — and that’s exactly what we do, through music, play, improv, and art.
Each 45-minute gathering brings a single Bible story to life with the help of our story tellers and singers. Children sing, move, play games, and step right into the story, all in the warm and welcoming setting of our decorated Fellowship Hall.
A typical morning at 8:45 AM includes:
- Meet & mingle — a relaxed welcome for children, parents, grandparents, friends.
- A Bible game with a twist — classic children’s games reimagined to engage all and get the wiggles out.
- Musical recap BEEginning — of the previous week’s story, so families who miss a Sunday never fall behind.
- More Music — live music with active participation sprinkled through the program.
- The BEE Adventure — the week’s Bible story told through song, dance, and improv
- A closing prayer and SNACKS……
Because each week stands on its own, families can join any Sunday — there’s no need to catch up. BEE Adventures is free and open to all, and worship follows at 10:00 AM in the Sanctuary for those who wish to stay.
This is “TOGETHER IN FAITH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!”, so friends and extended family are invited to join in! Fellowship Hall is entered from the Corona Street ground level, perfect for wheel strollers from the parking lot or sidewalk to roll right on in.

Children in Worship
Children of all ages are warmly welcomed in our 10:00 AM worship service in the Sanctuary. We’re glad to have young worshippers among us — wiggles, whispers, and all.
